Tal Weiss was born in Israel and since very early age was involved in music. From classical music to jazz, from appearing with a big band or a symphonic orchestra in Israel, Europe, and US - all seemed to lead her to where she is now: one of the most acclaimed Israeli singer-songwriters.

Her debut album, "backcaTALog", was a selection of her recordings between 1999 and 2005. It was released to rave reviews and was followed by a series of successful live dates in Israel.

Produced by Lior Suliman together with Tal herself, her 2nd album, simply called "Tal Weiss" - was released to phenomenal reactions (selected press quotes can be found on her website) and to substantial radio success.

The new single taken from the album, "Tale From Black", is currently being released to European radio stations.
